Embedded Software Engineer – Mid to Senior roles available
A brilliant opportunity for an Embedded Software Engineer to join a leading consultancy in Cambridge, working at the forefront of innovation within the software and robotics space. This role would be ideally suited to an existing Embedded Software Engineer / Consultant looking to work on cutting-edge concepts, with fantastic communication skills looking for a highly varied innovative role within a start-up type environment (with all the backing of a large organisation).

Requirements for Embedded Software Engineer:
- First-class honours, or high 2.1 degree from one of the top-rated Universities in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or closely related discipline
- At least 3+ years of commercial experience in a similar role, preferably in a tech consultancy
- Proven experience using C, C++, Python, and operating system Linux
- Previous experience of application development
- Experience with Yocto build system would be highly beneficial
- Ability to explain technical matters to non-technical clients
- Fantastic communication skills
Responsibilities for Embedded Software Engineer:
As an experienced Embedded Software Engineer, you will be required to design, build and test new embedded systems and products, clarify technical matters to non-technical clients, assist colleagues and wider team with your expertise, develop Embedded Linux Solutions for a range of different applications, share your ideas and turn concepts into reality.
