RedTech Recruitment was founded in 2019 by Rebecca Mister and Robert Bull after spending a combined 25 years in the early careers tech space.
Given their in-depth understanding of the unique needs of candidates and companies in this space, they aimed to create a specialist recruitment agency focussed on supporting people coming out of academia to find roles in science and technology companies. RedTech Recruitment is based in Cambridge, aka Silicon Fen, a city renowned for hiring highly academic individuals.
RedTech supports candidates and companies across the UK as many of the high-calibre individuals we represent are open to relocation.
RedTech has now built an extensive network of clients and candidates while ensuring honest and ethical recruitment practices. We continually hear we are now the ‘go-to’ recruitment agency for STEM Graduates through to post-doc researchers looking to enter industry. And many of these candidates return to us when looking for their next role.
