Location: Milton Keynes – hybrid – 2 days a week in office (you must live within an easily commutable distance of office or be willing to relocate).

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum + benefits

Requirements for Application Support Engineer (Trainee Considered)

  • Ideally, you will have experience in a technical support setting, however, those with strong customer service encouraged to apply
  • Strong technical acumen with a basic understanding of IT Infrastructure
  • Any knowledge with the following would be beneficial SQL, HTML, CSS or databases
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • You care about customer experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills – this role is largely communicating with customers via phone and email

Responsibilities for Application Support Engineer

  • Triage customer support inquiries for a suite of products
  • Log all calls
  • Solve issues where possible, and escalate when needed
  • Keep abreast of issues for customers and update them accordingly
  • Update customer records
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience
