Workday Head of HR Systems

A unique opportunity for a Head of HR Systems who is proficient in Workday HCM to collaborate closely with HR, payroll, and technical experts to ensure seamless integration, functionality, and data integrity within a global-leading software house. You will be pivotal in ensuring HR systems meet business objectives and deliver accurate reporting. Salary: £90,000 – £120,000 per annum plus excellent benefits

Location: This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of 2 days per week in the London office (or you can be based in Cambridge if more convenient).

Requirements for Workday Head of HR Systems:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant STEM field, or have an equivalent combination of training and work experience.
  • Previous line management experience
  • High proficiency in Workday HCM
  • Worked in a similar commercial role where you have been working very closely with HR, Payroll and Technical teams
  • Previously worked in a similar capacity as a Workday Product Owner

Responsibilities for Workday Head of HR Systems:

  • Spearheading the management, development, integration, and advancement of Workday HCM and other HR-related modules.
  • Collaborating closely with HR, payroll, and technical business teams to ensure the product’s suitability, seamless integration, alignment with business objectives, and generation of accurate data for reporting purposes.
  • Cultivating relationships with business functional leaders, capturing Workday HCM system requirements, and translating them into efficient processes and solutions within the Workday framework.
  • Partnering with HR to streamline HR processes within Workday, aiming to maximize return on investment.
  • Engaging stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and alignment of Workday reporting with business requirements.
  • Actively participating as a key member of the Workday leadership team.
