Software Engineer / Developer – C/C++
A brilliant opportunity for a Software Engineer to work for a fast-growing company that develops industry-leading communication software and hardware. Offering a very unique opportunity to see the products you test being used on the live stage in broadcast and critical communications including mission-control space travel!
Location: Cambridge office (hybrid working part office/part remote)
Salary: £35,000 – £60,000 + a great benefits package including 8% pension
Requirements for C/C++ Software Engineer / Developer:
- Object-orientated analysis and design experience
- Experience using C/C++ in a commercial setting
- Any experience with JavaScript or node.js beneficial
- Experience debugging software
- Educated to degree level or equivalent ideally in an Engineering related discipline such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering etc
- Knowledge of working in an Agile environment
- Experience using Linux, Mac OS X and Windows as an OS
Responsibilities for C/C++ Software Engineer / Developer:
Working with Agile teams using LEAN methodology your responsibilities will include:
- Design and develop product features using C, C+, JavaScript and node.js
- Writing unit and integration tests
- Design and code reviews
