Office Manager / HR Administrator
9-month Fixed Term Contract
PART-TIME – 20 – 25 hours per week
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join an exciting tech start-up in Cambridge, UK to work on maternity cover, taking on a variety of responsibilities across the HR admin and office management space.

Location: Cambridge – needs to spend 3 days in office, exact layout of hours TBA
Salary: Negotiable DOE – 20 – 25 hours per week
Requirements for Office Manager / HR Administrator
- You must have commercial experience within a similar admin role
- Brilliant organisation skills
- Strong communication skills – you will be a central point of contact for staff members
- A naturally proactive personality who would work well within a start-up environment
- Computer literate in Microsoft office
Responsibilities for Office Manager / HR Administrator
- Assisting the leadership team in handling all recruitment tasks, including advertising, candidate management, interview coordination, feedback provision, and job offers.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees and aiding line managers in its coordination.
- Supporting the leadership team in managing the entire employee lifecycle.
- Managing staff training requests
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety policies and risk assessments for employees
- Collaborating with the social team to plan and execute team-building activities, team lunches, and social events.
- Providing assistance in making travel arrangements and coordinating occasional events for the company.
- Assisting with updates to the company’s social media and website.
- Completing miscellaneous tasks as needed
