Our Co-Founder, Rebecca is hugely passionate about encouraging ED&I within recruitment. She is proud of championing many women to pursue and continue careers in the tech industry and wider business following her work with a CSR Initiative arranging work experience placements for teenage girls to work within tech companies. Rebecca also leads ED&I Governance as a Volunteer for her local primary school. She has run and attended ED&I events and training courses covering numerous areas of diversity within tech, recruitment, and education.

Clients

Rebecca actively encourages any company she is working with to consider how to attract diverse talent pools. She fully understands the importance of a diverse tech workforce, and realises without a variety of people around the table, tech may be limited and will lack appeal or engagement from the entire population.

With this in mind, Rebecca is happy to offer a free half-day consultancy service upon request, to any company engaging RedTech’s recruitment service.

Each service will be customised depending on the size and nature of the organisation, however, to give an idea will include:

  • Review of current candidate attraction methods
  • Review of current application and interview process
  • Review of staff retention
  • Recommended advice on where to improve
